Our highly talented head chef William Hay honed his skilled through some of the Best Restaurants and Hotel in Britain.

He uses the finest, freshest seasonal Scottish produce to create the modern homely  yet refined dishes, Abstract is famed for.

A superb selection of international wines is available to accompany our menus.

Our renowned a la carte dinner menu is available 6-10pm, Tuesday-Saturday, with starters from £7.00, main meat and fish dishes from £14.00 and desserts from £8.00.

Our eight-course tasting menu (£55.00) is the perfect introduction to our cuisine. A list of wines (£25.00) specially selected by our sommelier to accompany each dish is available - or you can choose your own favourites.

For parties of up to six, Chef's Table offers the ultimate way to enjoy our tasting menu while watching the kitchen at work. Will and his team will be on hand to introduce and explain each dish as it is served.

Our staff will be happy, where possible, to cater for special dietary requirements.
